Our Return & Order Policy
We want camp shopping to be smooth and fun, and we know things change. Non-personalized items can come back for store or online credit: 30 days from purchase for anything bought in store or picked up in store, and 14 days from the day it lands at your door for anything that shipped. If your order is still on hold and has not shipped, you have 30 days from purchase to cancel it for credit. Return shipping is on you, and personalized items cannot be returned once they are in production.

Check your window
30 days from purchase for in-store and in-store pickup orders. 14 days from delivery for orders that shipped. Personalized pieces are yours once they are in production.
Pack it up unused
Send it back in its original condition with tags on, packed so it arrives the way it left. Return shipping is the customer's to cover.
Ship it to us
Mail it to Bee Bee Designs, 175 South Livingston Avenue, Livingston, NJ 07039. Once it arrives we issue your store or online credit, and you can put it toward anything on the site.
Returns FAQs
Can I cancel a personalized order?
Call us as soon as you can. If we have not started making it yet, we will happily cancel and refund you. Once it is in production, it is yours.
When will my camp gear arrive?
You will have everything you need in time for camp, that is our promise. Some items ship quickly and personalized pieces take longer. We hold the order until everything is ready unless you ask us not to.
Can you ship my order in parts?
Yes. Just know that extra shipping charges apply for each additional shipment.
Why is airbrushing taking so long?
Airbrushing takes the longest and is done in batches rather than first come, first served. A simpler design ordered after yours may be finished first. It will still be ready before camp.
Can I tweak one of your designs?
Usually yes, with a few exceptions. Art is subjective, so your vision and the artist's may not match exactly. We work with wonderful artists and trust their eye, and there is always a little mystery in how custom art turns out.
How do I check on my order?
Call us anytime at 973-535-0602. We can give rough estimates rather than exact dates, and everything will be ready before camp.
